Horrible app

I subscribed and paid 1.49$ but next it again shows me the window that I should subscribe...I didnt get the substiption content at all...You guys are lucky to be in Armenia and make horrible apps that are not working at all !!

Worst experience

I contacted customer support to see how I can get the app working on my phone and how to subscribe to their plan, and after three different corespondents, I am still being told that I need to subscribe to universal account to get the code.

I finally found the answer online and chose a subscription plan to give it a try. As I am checking out for payment, now I’m asked for my name, birth date, passport number, address...

That was the end of line for me. I deleted the app and decided to leave a review.

I think the company needs to place qualified staff for their customer support and refine the app and make the payment process easy enough that the customer will not get discouraged and decide not to go ahead with the purchase.

Здраствуйте дорогие разработчики, концепция программы хорошая и очень полезная. Но есть пару замечаний и я надеюсь вы обратите на это внимание.

1. Когда делаю Cetchup какой то передачи программа крашиться и вылетает.

2. Через каждый день программа запрашивает ввести пароль от тв бокса.
