You choose what Umka manages Select the apps, categories, or websites you want Umka to manage, then set the approved time. Apps you do not choose stay outside Umka's control. 2. Time is up. Math is next When the approved time is used up, your child can start a short learning break with math practice at the selected Kindergarten–Grade 8 level. 3. Practice complete. Extra break ready After your child completes the number of answers you set, Umka opens the extra time you chose. When that break ends, the selected apps pause again. Umka uses RevenueCat for subscription functionality, purchase restoration, support, fraud prevention, and purchase analytics. Child answers, performance, learning history, nickname, parent PIN, and selected-app tokens are not sent to RevenueCat. A FOCUSED TOOL, NOT A UNIVERSAL RULE Umka does not decide how much screen time is right for every child. It supports one optional routine inside the boundaries you choose. It does not lock the whole phone, replace a teacher, diagnose a child, or promise better grades or fewer disagreements. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION Umka offers Annual and Monthly auto-renewing subscription options. Both plans unlock the same features: parent-selected apps and approved time, K–8 math practice, and parent-set extra breaks. An active subscription is required after parent setup; there is no permanently free plan. Annual: $69.99 per year. Eligible subscribers receive a 1-week free trial, then the subscription renews annually. Monthly: $9.99 per month. No free trial. The subscription renews monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current billing period.
