They don’t allow you to cancel or modify your train tickets after booking under any circumstances. Worst service i have ever seen.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Umrah Me was so frustrating and costly that I feel obligated to warn others.
I booked my Haramain train ticket through Umrah Me, trusting that a platform catering to Umrah pilgrims would at least ensure reliability and support. Instead, what I faced was nothing short of a nightmare. Due to a technical glitch in their system, my ticket failed to process correctly, and I ultimately missed my scheduled train. Imagine being a pilgrim, already exhausted, trying to coordinate travel with family, and suddenly being stranded at the station because of a mistake you did not make.
What made matters worse was not the glitch itself—technical issues can happen anywhere—but the complete lack of accountability from Umrah Me team afterward shifting blame on me Instead of offering genuine assistance, their team chose to distance themselves from the problem. They refused to help me book another train or provide any meaningful solution. I was left scrambling to find alternatives on my own while losing valuable time and peace of mind during my sacred journey.
For a platform built around serving people undertaking Umrah—a journey meant to be spiritually uplifting—their treatment of pilgrims is absolutely unacceptable. A reliable service provider should not only ensure a seamless booking system but also step up to resolve issues immediately when their own platform fails. Umrah Me did neither.
I strongly advise anyone planning to book Haramain train tickets (or any travel-related service) to avoid Umrah Me altogether. Use official platforms or trusted providers where you know that if something goes wrong, at least you won’t be abandoned without support.
