Needs work
Been multiple times since the updated app came out and it never tracks my visits. This is even after registering a credit card in the app saying it will automatically collect points. Redeeming rewards also didn’t work.
Do not download it’ll destroy your status
I was a platinum member until I downloaded this app. It reset me back to gold. I’ve requested help two times and no one will help me reset my status back to platinum. How can I get my status? Reset back to platinum?

App is piece of trash. Good luck trying to get anything to work at all. Tried a few times, then gave up and deleted the app.

This app is horrible will not even open anymore and restaurants never mention anything about rewards program or it’s benefits
Can’t use app
App keeps giving me an error message, error: forbidden when I’m entering the correct information. Need to fix and debug your app if you would like patrons to use it.
Why is it not working after many weeks.
Keep getting authentication error. I once used the app a lot. Now I wonder what is the problem. Reset my login/password by using the web address but prefer an app.
Help! Not working
Please fix the app. It has never worked correctly, and now it doesn’t work at all.
Useless!
This is one of the worst apps for a restaurant I’ve ever downloaded! It never works……there’s always an error message. I have tried deleting and redownloading a few times and it still just doesn’t work for me. It’s so frustrating because I just want to have the convenience of it!
App does Not work
I’ve attempted to add this app several times over the past year. It will not open. It just flashes and disappears. I have deleted it entirely and tried to download it again from the App Store. Still won’t work.
Very basic
Very basic app. Even worse, the menu bar stays across the screen when you scroll to see the menu. This app clearly has gotten little to no attention to upgrade it. No features.
Terrible pretty much useless
This is just about the worst app ever, the only thing useful is being able to find my loyalty number. It lags very badly, and really don’t work much at all.
