More focus on customer service
I order here a few times a year and while the food is hit or miss, the customer service is always awful! It feels like the customers are a bother to the staff, as no one ever welcomes you in, smiles, or thanks you for your order. It would nice to see a smiling face on the other side of the counter for once!

Love the sauce and the crispy chicken. But quality has gone down at this location. Size of fries does not matter with this location they give you the same size when after you pay and request for large. You get a small fry. Chicken seems old and not fresh!!
Don’t receive all item
It’s hard to reach restaurant wen you receive ur order and theirs missing items it’s no way to reach the to notify them of their mistake

No stars. Went to restaurant sauce was barely on top of chicken. None on fries. Ordered online in notes asked for more sauce, of course there was not. Poor customer service.
