Hate the new app update
I just wanted to look for women’s clothes and find women’s shoes. It was not easy to do something so simple. They did too much and tried to be too complicated when they needed to keep it simple.

The most recent update is bad. It is not user friendly at all. It’s become more difficult to find, filter, and sort items. I was so annoyed that I didn’t order anything during the Labor Day sale, and that never happens.
New update sucks
Ever since the new update whenever you try to use id.me for military discount it doesn’t work. A real shame
App update
Everyone wants sales and good deals, you aren’t advertising that at all anymore
Can’t shop outlet
Looks like they have taken away the ability to shop in the outlet.
Bring back the old functions!
This new interface is junk. They took a perfectly usable app and turned it to garbage.

Adding payment cards
Very poor system. I was excited to purchase some items from your app, upon checking out I added my gift card and paying the remaining balance using my credit cards, I was trying to add to of my credit cards and both stated failed. What’s wrong with your app? If this is the way you would want your customers to feel buying using your app, I’d rather not buy ANYTHING!

Love the new interface
What an amazing update! This app is gorgeous and the production value of the animations and content videos is top notch. Love my UA app so keep it coming!
New Look
I’ve been a regular UA shopper now for years and have always used the app. For the most part it’s worked well enough. This new update they just released is absolutely horrible though. It’s so bad I actually had to come and leave a review of it - and I don’t know that I’ve ever reviewed an app…ever. It feels like the focus of this update was to highlight the UA athletes/ambassadors rather than make the shopping experience better for customers. Way more cumbersome to navigate, and overall a disappointing interface.

I think the app is amazing I just don’t like for the fact it’d tell you a item on sale for a certain price but than charge for a shipping fee

The app would not let me switch between colors and was not user friendly at all. It was so bothersome I don’t even want to use it or shop on it .
