I showed up before call time. Was told I had a job but instead they had so many people standing around wondering where our spots are. Just to be there for 5 hours to say sorry you don’t have a job.
DO NOT WORK HERE!!!
If I could rate it one star I would!!! We showed up to an event 30 minutes before we even had to be there to check in. After checking in we stood around for a good 30-45 minutes. When we finally went to the job sight we sat for OVER TWO HOURS!!!! Then we were TURNED AWAY WITH NO SHIFT AT ALL BECAUSE THEY OVER STAFFED THE EVENT!!!! Drove over and hour and got screwed over big time!!! Worst part is that they ignored everyone! No text, no calls, and no one from the company even let us know they hired too many people, someone from the actual event staff had to come tell us to go home! Never again!!!!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. They overstaffed the derby by 60+ people and wouldn’t respond to anyone or take responsibility for their actions.

This is my first time working with undergrad and I can honestly say I will never be working with them again. They lied to us about our job description. We only got 1 30 minute break after standing outside in the cold for 9.5 hours
First: They had us get there at 6am just to stand outside in the cold for 5 hours doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The event didn’t start until 11 am. No heaters were provided, no jackets NOTHING.
Second: We were told this is a tipping position. Not on did we get there and they told us we cannot take tips BUT we were only getting paid 15/hr.
Third: The whole event was unorganized. I was sent to one part of the stadium and waited an hour waiting for a lead to assign me somewhere. I took it upon myself to find somewhere to work. Then after our shift none of the workers were directed to the shuttles. Instead we were wandering aimlessly looking for the shuttles no one knew where they were. Come to find out instead of getting a coach bus that dropped us off they got us on a school bus. That took 45 minutes to find.
Last: We we’re told we would be serving the football players and family for the Super Bowl. There were no players in sight. That was the whole reason most of us even applied for the job.

I downloaded this app because i tried using it to work an event in my city the set up process was strange it was all texts and the website is primarily a moving company but they do staffing as well it’s not user friendly when it comes to accessing your account and part of the account setup was putting in basic information including your social security now i can’t access my account i created through the website and i had scheduled a phone interview i was notified last minute by someone named Tom he couldn’t do it because another call was taking longer than expected he told me to set up another time but there was none available for the remaining month i let him know and he said he would call me back at a good time for me he never did and i can’t access my account that had my social security number i have already sent out an email to them explaining to delete my account with all my personal information because it’s impossible for me to do it myself overall very sketchy experience wouldn’t recommend. I hope my identity won’t be stolen.
