Late account updates
Always having late updates especially with my credit account and it doesn’t help me in any way.

The UNFCU app makes banking simple and convenient.
I really like the UNFCU app. The card management section is easy to navigate and lets me manage all my cards in one place. The app is secure, reliable, and highly recommended for UNFCU members!
Individual card transaction receipt
The only issue I have so far is the inability of the App to allow the download of a single transaction. Thus if a transaction has been posted successfully, then I should be able to download the receipt of that transaction with all the details
Poor functionality
Updates after updates yet This app is as old as the UN. It just ridiculous.
Cannot access my online banking
This bank is doing maintenance every single month, and if they say its gonna take 3 hours don’t listen to this cause it might even take 24h for maintenance. The maintenance was supposed to take 3h but its been 7hr and the app is still not working and I really need my money now.
Bad user interface
Better than the earlier versions but still looks like a school project.
Terrible app, never works
Shocking how BAD this app is. 90% of the time you cannot log in because it’s ’verifying your device’. Any time there’s an update Face ID stops working and you have to use the password and turn on biometrics again. Honestly most of the time it just spins at log in and you’re never able to do anything. You’re better off using your laptop and a browser. This app is completely useless.

not good app
i rather use web than using this app. this app simply is not working, i set up face ID, and it takes forever to login, everything is slow
Slow application
Application is very slow and keeps on loading. It takes days to fix bugs. This is inconvenient especially when there are monthly transactions and bills that need to be paid. Example now been trying to load activities from one account and it keeps giving me sign of loading.
Login challenge
The previous version was much better - I do not know why UNFCU spent for the new version!
Improvements were expected… it fails!
At first, it’s not showing anymore the available balance but only the one that includes pending transactions. Not convenient at all.
Now, it never stop loading the page after accepting my FaceID to login and there’s nothing you can do except closing the app and try again… for the same result.
When you expected a better app, this new one is actually worse. It is really time that UNFCU reveals a modern face!

Bad app, bad bank
The app is really bad, the bank is worse. Awful customer service and useless and painful financial services. Don’t bother.

Slow and not user friendly
The app is always slow and especially after the last version update, the app doesn’t open at all.
Apart from this, the app is not user friendly and the interface is very outdated. The functions are very independent and not linked where in case if you wish to pay loan, you can not just click on pending/open loans and access to payment option but instead you need to go through the me you specifically for loan payment.
There are no details of senders or descriptions so at times its very confusing to understand the transactions.

Now unusable
The most recent redesign is not formatted for iPhone SE displays. Single-page screens are taller than what fits on the display, thus the page cannot scroll. This has resulted in the new version’s features pop-up having a confirmation button just below where the display cuts off, and can’t be selected to continue using the app. This renders to app unusable. Closing and reopening the app still brings up the same page that I cannot progress past. I can no longer functionally access this app until this is corrected.

Not optimized at all
The latest update you get a prompt screen detailing the new features which takes up the whole screen and you cannot close it…
Can’t use it
I can’t use the app because the window explaining the new features covers the screen and the button to exit out if that window is too low (outside of my phone screen) so I can’t click to exit.
So far NOT so good
Why is UNFCU such a Mickey Mouse business?? I log in to my account and the app forced me to update. So I update. And what happens next? One of these guided screens comes up to tell me about the new features, BUT there’s no way to get out of that, and actually access my account. It appears there’s a blue button or bar at the bottom of the screen (possibly an “exit” or “continue” button?) but unfortunately, it’s too far down at the bottom of the screen for me to click on it. Guess I’ll have to wait until my log-in times out and I can log in again. Not a good start at all, UNFCU. Do better!
