About
I built Ungasp because no other breath app would let me practise the patterns I actually wanted.
Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom are both in there, and I built them in the app itself without once wondering whether that was possible.
You start in the Pattern editor. Build a simple pattern, phase by phase, at whatever timings suit you. When you want something more involved, open the Set editor and chain those patterns together into one longer practice. Imagine a breath practice and you should be able to build it.
Everything reaches from the home screen. Start a session straight away, or pick one first, or open the library and edit what's there. No burrowing through menus.
Run it with sound, with haptics only or with nothing but the orb on screen. Any combination of the three works. The settings are there so the app works the way you want it to.
I've been doing breathwork for years and this is the first app I want to open several times a day. That's because using it takes no effort. Breathwork belongs in a daily routine, and getting to it should be easy for anyone.
