Le pire app
C’est très décevant que l’application soit aussi pourrie. Incroyable. « Crash » toujours et l’utilisation est tellement pas simple. Ils nous ont forcés à changer à UNI et c’est le pire choix. Je connais plusieurs personnes qui sont parti depuis la transition et Je vais prendre le démarches pour aller ailleurs à ce point aussi.

Uni App
Worse application I have ever seen. Does not worked 98% of the time. Uni does not know what the problem is and Microsoft doesn’t do anything to solve the problems. Zero star for this app but not even allowed to leave no star.

Nicknames
The app is decently "user friendly" but it would be nice if you could give nicknames to all your accounts, including TFSA accounts.
App not loading
The app loads only 40% of the time. Unable to add contacts for etransfers. Very poor application compared to others.

Disapointing limited unintuitive
I have used many banking and financial apps in the past 20 years. I have business and personal accounts. This banking app is by far the most disappointing, unintuitive and difficult to use. There have bbeen a few updates in the past 3 years with very small changes. I have called customer service on 3 occasions in the past 2 years to inquire about some functions and the people on the phone aren’t able to answer my questions. Even worse, they take your name and number for follow up and on at least 2 occasions did not call back. No case number so you can follow - up either. If I could give it a half star I would. For me to take the time to write this review which I seldom do, says a lot about how disapointed I am in this app. A complete debaacle.

Doesn’t work half the time
WORST APP
If I could give 0 stars I would. This app literally makes managing my own money the most difficult task ever. Half the features don’t work most of the time, it’s so not user friendly, and I can’t even log in sometimes without it crashing constantly. The old app was wayyyy better and changing it to this piece of garbage has surely cost them a lot of business.

Ne fonctionne pas hors Canada
L’application déjà pas « user friendly », impossible de l’ouvrir a l’extérieur du Canada. Tandis que toutes les autres banques fonctionnent.

If I could give it negative stats I would. Never works properly. My other banking apps give me zero issues. Uni is the worst!!
