Started out good…… went downhill fast
Started out great. Played for few hours and was up a couple hundred. Then everything changed. I lost again, and again and again and again and again until I lost everything. No matter what game I played, what dollar amount, I lost. But since I was having fun put more money in to see if that would change my luck. It did not. Continued to lose repeatedly regardless of what I did, until I lost it all again. As fun as it was here at the beginning can’t say I want to play here anymore. Seems like you only hit if your a brand new customer.

Best of the online Casinos
I’ve connected to basically all of the Pennsylvania online casinos, and Unibet Casino is easily at the top of the heap. The initial login page is pleasing and professional. The deposits are easy so your up quick and in the action. The $$$ withdrawals are even easier. The game play was technically the best of all the sites I’ve been on. The games didn’t fail to load nor glitch mid play. And what I’m sure y’all really want to know is how good are the payouts. All I can say is the slots were super good to me.
The one negative is I could only withdrawal $10k at a time of my winnings. But there are worse problems in life. Enjoy, I did.

Great selection, fast payments
I have an account with every licensed casino in the state of NJ. Unibet offers a great game selection from every major slot provider including AGS, IGT, Everi, and so many more. Unibet also offers a ton of rare games from those providers as well which is nice as it seems it’s just the same 90 games on every site nowadays. For payment options I use PayPal, and do with every casino that offers it. They pay out within an hour usually which I have NEVER seen with any other casino. Usually it is 24/48 hours, but an hour to get my winnings is great. There’s nothing worse than winning and having to wait 2 days to get the money. All in all, Unibet is in my top 3 for best casinos anywhere, not just NJ alone. Great site.

Skeptical at best
Just so people are aware I found it just about impossible to withdraw funds. Every attempt to connect a bank account was unsuccessful. First it was because they don’t work with the banking app I was using. That’s understandable except you’ll let me deposit money with that account you just won’t let me withdraw funds to that account. Odd. Then I tried a well known bank. One that is featured on the bank account transfer option. Every time I tried to connect the spinning circle of endless disappointment would go on for eternity. To withdraw via PayPal you make a deposit through PayPal first. No problem except every card I tried to use through PayPal I got a message saying they don’t except that card. The only options left were a check by mail, minimum amount of $500, or a withdrawal at an actual brick and mortar location 2 hours away from where I live. Needless to say I didn’t make it to either before my funds had depleted to nothing and left me with a disgust for the entire app experience , deleting my account and the app, and bringing me here. Maybe it’s all just me, although I have no problem with any other app I use. Those apps also allow you to withdraw via a debit card which this does not. 3-5 business days is the fastest withdrawal. Like it’s freaking 1965 or something. I’ll end my rant now. If you choose to use this app hopefully you have a better experience than I did cause honestly mine was just disappointing all around

Horrible customer service
I never leave reviews because they are always subjective to different experiences for each person who leaves them however this company deserves these horrible reviews. I spent days trying to get every single form of verification i could to help including a legal drivers license, proof of address, and ssn. All of this plus asking what else i could provide wasnt enough when after being told to wait for days i was just told “we will not make the account because we couldn’t verify youre information” so not only do i sit in a queue for over an hour waiting for help, i also was given no help when i finally was connected after being told “we arent making your account” this company is completely immature and provides no help when people need it

Unibet is, without a question, the most intuitive and reliable site I’ve ever used. I’ve tried them all…. It is the only gaming site that gives me the same thrills as a real life casino. The game variety, particularly the live dealers are the best… chatting with the dealer is so easy, never slows down play, and it feels like I’m sitting at a table in real life. False advertising
I rarely give into advertisements as I know they are too good to be true, but thought for heck if it the ad says get $1,000 bonus, so I downloaded it. Definitely didn’t receive that so I am way to scared to invest in this app. The advertisement maybe isn’t clear, but definitely deceptive. I play on all the other gambling apps which have been true with their promotions, but this one is way too deceitful. Trust me, I’ve kept some of the gaming apps and given a lot of money just because they were true to their advertising.

This app is great and easy to use. The only complaint I have is most of the times, half of the live dealers are falling asleep at the table. So sometimes I won’t wanna join a table cause I feel bad bothering them. A lot of the dealers are enthusiastic and fun but the other half seem to act like we are bothering them for playing at there table. I know they are probably working odd hours of the night and I don’t expect them to always be super enthusiastic and entertaining but it would be nice if they were at-least not looking miserable and falling asleep the entire time. Once again this isn’t all the live dealers. Because so many of them are very fun and enthusiastic and make playing fun. I always try to tip them as well to get them to be a little happier.

Maybe the app is new and improved but that’s about it, it’s still trash, I’ve played here many times (more then I should have) and still have not once won anything, not even close, it’s a money grab, you don’t even win enough to play for a little while , I’ve played several different games each time and you never win! How can you lose every single game? All of the nj casinos are rigged to some degree, 100%! If you have been playing long enough you will definitely see that, nothing is random, I can almost predict the outcome almost every time , either I’m psychic or they are rigged and I can tell you I’m not psychic. All the casinos are linked and you only win if your account is “deemed” worthy of a win, if your just starting out then you win, they make it seem so fair but after they reel you in they flip that switch. All the sudden certain games that you used to play and get bonus rounds semi often, will completely change, you’ll almost never get bonus rounds or win anything, it’s insane to me how they can sit there and say these casinos are not rigged, NJ department of gaming enforcement allows it to happen, their pockets are getting lined that’s all they care about. If you play at the land based casinos the same amount of time as the online but without using rewards cards so you can be tracked, guarantee you will win ALOT more than you will online, where you are being tracked . It’s disgusting they get away with this !

Customer service is literally NON Existent
So, 1 star for their new down grade… removed all casino games that are made by Everi, which are pretty much the best games out there, will say I managed to win some money, and every time I go to withdraw, it tells me to contact customer service. So… I look all over the app and come to realize, there is no number, no email, no live chat, just nothing to help me. So, I’ve one some money and essentially lost what I deposited as every time I try and withdraw it states that an error occurred and to contact their non existent customer service. So do yourself and don’t bother with this app, don’t bet at this casino, cause it’s just handing these people money you’ll never see again… don’t waste your time or money.

Outstanding…until the upgrade!
Best online casino EVER!! I won over $150k within two weeks on 88!!!! Couldn’t do that on any other casino. If you had losses on any given week you can receive up to $1000 from UniBet to entice you to come back an play again. Who else does that, NOBODY!! They just did a system upgrade BIG MISTAKE…now my favorite games constantly bump you out for technical error an the bonuses are starting to match other casinos with a x20 play through. That’s the exact reason why I played here instead of the other casinos because they didn’t do that. I really hope this is not the end for UniBet.

Withdrawal process is awful they say can take up to 72 hours. I questioned them multiple times about my withdrawals they beat around the bush then 76 hours went pass no withdrawal approval so I got into a live chat told them I was gonna contact PGCB. 20 mins after that I got emails saying my withdrawals were approved but my account was suspended with no explanation and that’s ok you did me justice. Would not recommend that app to anyone!!!

Not sure when Bally took over UniBET, but I loved this app until I saw Bally owned it now. Tried withdrawing winnings twice, and was told they “can’t” process my request. Oddly enough, I could put ALL the money on it I wanted to, but they just do not let you pull any money back. HORRIBLE CASINO APP, crooks!!
