Golden Nugget has refused my PayPal withdrawal because my email doesn’t match the email I used for their site. They also want a statement on an account with little activity and doesn’t act as a bank for me. They waited two days to let me in on this secret after letting me deposit. Now it’s suddenly a problem. It’s like I’m dealing with customer service who has no clue how PayPal works, yet they’re getting paid to to handle transaction issues. I don’t have to use the same email for my PayPal and they have no right to tell me otherwise. Stay away from this site. This isn’t the first time I’ve had withdrawal issues with them, but it will definitely be the last. My next stop is the BBB and DGE to file complaints against them.

ALL NJ ONLINE GAMING IN GENERAL
I simply have to agree with the most recent review for this online casino app. They take your money yet if you miraculously win they delay or won’t pay you without a big hassle and this is suppose to be regulated by the DGE here in NJ, as well as the other states they operate in. You can’t reach customer support or service. The player is only a number here at at many other so-called regulated NJ online casinos I’ve played at for years! They all pretty much could care less about the player no matter how much you’ve played there, or lost. The DGE is only there for the online or land based casinos , NOT for the players. So, if you have an issue and complain to those who “supposedly” watches over & regulates them, you’ll get no where. It’s hard enough to win in a land based casino but you’re much better off there than playing on line. Take it from me, as I have played at all of them but exclusively at Golden Nugget since the rollout of online gaming , although a “few” are a little better than the others but their only purpose is to separate the player from their money!

You never win here anymore, they may give you a win after you spend a ton of money and that’s just maybe, I think they’re all rigged to some degree but golden is definitely the worst. I was playing endless treasures and playing for a while. The thing was filled with the gold coins and all of a sudden of course there was an error and it restarted how ironic I continue to play and I played for quite some time I played for a while and never got the jackpot pic now that’s not the first time that’s happened where I’ve been playing for a while and all of a sudden got an error and had to restart. It’s so rigged it’s not even funny. This happened a few times on a couple different games you don’t get that error in the beginning it only happens after you’ve been playing for a while and the pot is filled with the gold coins and you’re close to getting the jackpot pick. Rigged isn’t even the word. they have screwed me over so many times that’s how they get away with it. That’s their loophole with their fake error messages among others. It’s ridiculous. I’m tired of them getting away with it. Deleting this app!!! Completely rigged they keep liking gaming enforcements pockets and they look the other way, thieves is what they are

The BEST online casino!!
Not sure why all the negative reviews, but I’ve god nothing but great things to say. Their site itself has more features than most (believe me, I’ve tried them all), you don’t have to open (aka download) a slot game, to view the stats- max./max bets, even the RTP is listed!! Makes it SO much easier when looking for new slots to play. Low wagering bonus requirement (usually 1x), zero issue withdrawing, even their customer service is nice, helpful, & competent!
