App is SOOO slow, use the “new player bonus” and then UNINSTALL
My first review ever, I’ve never seen a sports betting app that runs so slow. Took me half and hour to make an account and place ONE bet… like I said, activate the new player bonus bet then uninstall it forever. There are much better options out there especially if you like live betting sports, this SUPERRR slow app combined with the TV delay makes it impossible to bet live games.

Terrible App
The app is extremely buggy… it doesn’t always load properly, Face ID works only half the time, the grouping of events is poorly laid out. I have used just about every betting app and this is probably the worst. Not only is the user experience poor, Unibet doesn’t offer very good promotions compared to other companies. Don’t waste your time with them until they decide to spend the money on a worthwhile app developer.

God Awful Sportsbook
The most terrible Sportsbook ever. There is a risk free $100 first bet but it won’t even let you make a $100 bet. Says the wager is too high. The site does say they reserve the right to restrict wagers. That is the worst thing you can do for your customer base. If you look at your options, you do have the options to set your limits. Ironically, for a single bet, the default says $10,000 for a single bet. So when I tried to make a $100 wager, it said too high, max is $24. So not only will I not qualify for the bonus, I can’t even make another wager. Any other bet I make says max is now $0.00. What a joke of an app.

Embarrassing App
The way this is still a running app blows my mind. I figured maybe it was just me until I read other reviews. For starters once I downloaded the app it took 3 days to even deposit because for some reason it’s the only sportsbook I’ve EVER seen that makes the address on your account match your billing address or you cannot deposit. Then it’s a 3 days process of sending your ID and bank statements to customer support just for them to say they updated your address and it still not work. But finally, I got my measly $30 deposit to go through and to my surprise, I couldn’t even use it. Once you open the app, you’ll be lucky if anything even loads. So you’ll click the menu tab and click all sports, just so you can look at a white screen while NOTHING loads ever. So you’ll reset the app a dozen times and try again with the same result until FINALLY the games going on that day will load up. You’ll be relieved to finally see some odds you can take and start putting a bet slip together until for some reason every single time I get 2 legs in my slip it’s immediately glitched so I cannot add any more or take any legs out that I’ve already put in. Heaven forbid I add a touchdown scorer leg to my moneyline and over bets but apparently that’s just over the line for Unibet. Will never be attempting to login to this garbage app once I get my deposit off and will make sure anytime it’s brought up that everyone around knows not even to try the download and waste your time when there are apps out there that actually work.
