BEWARE
I made a deposit today and was unable to play —— i received an error on the app, indicating geolocation was outside PA, and since I’m at home IN PA, I reached out via chat to customer service…..I was told I needed to upload a copy of pics of my debit card, a pic of my license, a pic of me holding my debit card next to my face and a pick of a utility or phone bill ——keep in mind my deposit was successful with no issues with them TAKING my money…and again…I’m AT HOME IN PA. All items requested, were sent to Unibet as requested within minutes (they even required an entire PDF of my phone bill because the won’t accept a screenshot), but customer service advised I should still allow 72 hours for review of my documents. This is pretty crazy so BEWARE, stay away! BET MBM, Borgata, DraftKings or FanDuel have NEVER taken my $ and then not allowed play….again deposit went through fine, all proof of identity has been uploaded (and again I live in PA so not sure why I had to send all this proof AFTER making a deposit).
Waiting for pending deposit to show cleared so that I can dispute charge - this truly appears to be a shady business practice.

Impossible to Withdraw
This site is the worst when it comes to withdrawing money. Every withdrawal method I attempted mysteriously didn’t work, and when I reached out to customer support they would tell me the issue wasn’t with them, and it was an issue with each individual withdrawal method. Doesn’t make any sense to me. The only option I had to get the money I won was to wait 10-14 days for a check to come in the mail or 10-14 days for a Play+ card to arrive in the mail. It’s interesting that there’s NO issues when it comes to making deposits, but withdrawing money is next to impossible. Won’t use this site again.

Disappointed
I stopped using unibet because I thought my phone was too old for it to work properly. Eventually I got a new phone and I just started using the app again. So far some slots don’t work, the sports betting page isn’t loading and the site just isn’t up to par with other apps. I got a $10 bonus and you can’t keep the winnings until you play 20xs through. you have to spend $200 before you can keep anything. Well I was doing pretty good but as soon as I was getting close to the $200 I started loosing. I lost just about all my profit from the promotion. I was left with under $5. be careful you dont waste your money on these wasteful promotions. You think “I just lost $60 in 10 minutes, and I didn’t get any bonus spins. There is no way I’ll lose my last $20 without getting a bonus spin.” 5 mins later you spent all your money and you lost on 13 of your last 15 spins. You look back to see how much you won with the last $20 and it’s only .36 cents

The worst app EVER!!!!
If I could have given this app a negative amount of stars it would have been negative 200 starts!!! They pull you in by offering you a deposit match then take all your money! I deposited $100 so they gave me $100 match and a $10 welcome bonus. I blew through $210 and didn’t win at all!!! And I couldn’t even cash out my $100 when I realized they were only going to take my money! Absolutely ridiculous and will NEVER deposit another dime to this app!!!!! And I will spread the word so nobody else deposits a dime either! Wast of money!!!!!

It’s funny how I can deposit money from my debit card no problem no hassle no wait. But I can’t withdrawal to it? They make withdrawals so difficult that I just gave up took the loss and went back to FanDuel and MGM. Yea there are other withdrawal methods but if you don’t have a bank account you’re limited to having a check sent and waiting two weeks. Nope. Not acceptable. Withdrawals are SO MUCH easier, faster, and more convenient to say the least on many other sites. Best odds/lines in PA, good bonuses
The majority of the time Unibet PA sportsbook has a different line then most other big name sportsbooks. For example, if an NFL spread for the Chiefs vs Chargers opens at Chiefs -6.5, and a lot of bets are coming in on the Chiefs, sportsbooks will now be offering the Chiefs -7.5 but Unibet will still be at 6.5. Of course, this is only favorable if you like the Chiefs side in this example. Their app isn’t as user friendly as some other apps I’ve used but you get used to it. They also seem to offer more deposit bonuses then other apps I’ve used, when you use there service often.

They won't let you make withdraws. Everytime I try to withdraw my money it says I need to make a deposit first. It adds money & then denies my withdrawal request. They won't connect my bank account, debit card, or paypal UNLESS I'M MAKING DEPOSITS. When I try to withdraw it denies every account I try. They also won't let you withdraw via paper check unless it's $500 or more. Customer service was TERRIBLE. They told me to verify my ID. So I did & they deleted it for " safety " & then said they never had it, even after telling me it was deleted by them. WORST app ever, taking a $100 loss & deleting my account. IF I COULD RATE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

WORST GAMBLING SITE
If I could give UniBet 0 stars I would! I decided to give the site another shot, after losing around $2,000 last month. This time I went on and blew through $3,200 in the blink of an eye. Not one bonus. Not one hit. HORRIBLE. I have played on almost every online gambling site in PA and I can say confidently that UniBet is by far the WORST. If you want to win, try your luck on MGM or Borgata, a site where they actually give you a fair run for your money. I will NEVER again give UniBet another dollar of my money!! Bonus error
Love the gameplay and games were top notch. Some good free money bonuses also get emailed from time to time. Had a major issue where in the bonus round playing $6.75/spin and the game errors on the bonus round paying out 5x payout. Site apologies and gives me the remaining spins x’s $6.75 which was a bit over $30. However no explanation on why the game didn’t restart on the bonus round and no consideration that the payout for even a small prize on that play level with multiplying would have been $50 spin or higher. This was intolerable and closed account.
*update did get a message April 2022 from Unibet that response is in comments. General message saying we play by rules, ensure fair game play, use trusted software developers, blah blah blah standard response. Bottom line is they offered me $30 on a bonus round that they blamed the software “malfunctioning”. Basically the value of remaining spins. Case was turned into the PA gaming board and still waiting to see if they do anything about the unfortunate software glitch.

App Is Not Good
I use many different Sportsbook apps and this one is probably the worst interface and ease of use. The app has crashed more often than any other to the point where it isn’t even usable. For days during March Madness I could not sign in to make a bet. I cannot even sign in at the moment to remove my balance. I have rebooted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still cannot get it to stop crashing upon login. Online betting shouldn’t be this much of a hassle. I guess I will have to call to have my balance issued to me? Would not recommend when so many other options are available that don’t have the tech issues Unibet has. Its a shame because when it works, it’s solid especially because it has many more options and sports than others, but it’s just not reliable enough and overall an annoyance.

Downloaded and signed up because of their new casino bonus. Sign up was a hassle already because they couldn’t verify my identity. Never had this problem with any other Sportsbook but ok, no worries. Support rectified it fairly quickly after I sent in required documents. I then had to ask for the casino bonus to be manually applied to my account because for some reason it did not. I’m guessing because my sign up process had to be manually approved. All good, got that figured out. I’m now ready to play! Except… I can’t. Casino games just won’t load. At all. The mobile app doesn’t work. Haven’t tried the web version yet on a laptop but that’s not my primary way of playing.. all in all, DO NOT BOTHER. CASINO APPS DO NOT WORK. THEY WILL NOT LOAD.

Not bad
I play on a lot of online casinos, and I honestly don’t get all of the negative reviews on this one. First off, I don’t use any bonus codes. So that eliminates the problems for me, that other people seem to have. I also hit more bonuses on this app than I do on the other more well known apps, and the payouts are good. You win some, you lose some. That’s the name of the game.
I haven’t had any trouble withdrawing my winnings on here, so far. The apps runs very smoothly too. I’ve been having fun here, and winning some cash to boot!

Don’t do it
No matter what kind of bull$&@? they feed you about being approved by the state gaming board snd that they use random number generators just do one thing. Play 100 one dollar hands of black jack and track the number of “dealer 20’s” and “player 20s. It’s a freaking joke. Like a fool I did it twice. Was ok until cashing out
I have had this app for about 2 years and never had a problem cashing out. Until a week ago when cashing out I waited three days no word then when messaging them I was told they needed documentation that I already sent. After another day of not hearing anything I was told that I have to prove that the debit card I funded my account is mine. I sent a bank statement since I use a employer pay card until my bank card comes and now I’m at a stand still.

TERRIBLE compared to FanDuel
My cash was “restricted” after I won a bet without any stipulations. I submitted a ticket, and they said that my balance was restricted because I had other active bets? Never heard of that before.
Now I can’t log in to the APP at all, I keep getting a error message, I even tried resetting my password still could not get in. I was able to sign in using Safari earlier and now maybe an hour later I am not even able to sign in using safari. I would NOT recommend this app at all.

Worst betting app on the market
I set up an account . Placer a bet and won. Instead of paying me the money they kept saying I needed to verify my account and address. After sending several documents that prove my address they still have not paid me the money and say that everything I have sent does not prove my address. Everything I sent has my name and address on it so there is no reason for them not to pay me my money
