Persistent “something went wrong” across webpage and app. Tried: different browsers, cleared cache, incognito, none worked.
Good idea failed execution

Ambassadors don’t reply and there is no option to report them
Login Doesn’t Work
The app keeps logging me out. I tried logging in and it said wrong username or password. To which I restarted my password and changed it twice and tried logging in again. It simply wouldn’t work. The only way I can access the website now is through the university invitation email because somehow my account details stayed logged in. The app needs some adjustments as soon as possible. I cannot connect with ambassadors and students when I need to.

Can’t log in
The app suddenly turned blank with a lamp and saying that my device was offline. I deleted and reinstalled the app and found that I couldn’t login at all as the app has “encountered an issue with the social login” when pressing the sign in button. Underneath this pop up advises to try closing and reopening the app. Inputting login details doesn’t work either and pops up with “undefined” and resets the password box. I have repeatedly reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, checked my wifi, checked for updates (none at this point) and yet this problem still persists.
When searching for solutions online I found neither helpful nor useful advices from the official site, such as checking for updates or checking as to whether the correct email is being inputted.

Stuck at log in screen
Worked fine at first, went to log in as I get logged out after a while which is normally fine, after logging in with apple i’m stuck on the log in screen. Have repeated process and still get the same result.
Not responsive
Unable to login with google. Once i click on sign in with google , goes to my browser and then again it asks to continue from app. And nothing happens. Im on login page again

confusing
i can sit get this app to work, i love downloaded it and my home screen looks completely different and i cannot access group chats or anything! very annoying

Code Not Sending
I downloaded Unibuddy and added my email and password, I then waited to get sent a code for me to put in from my email but I never got sent it. And I’ve tried a dozen times.
And yes I’ve looked in my junk mail.

Easy to use, fun, valuable info
Super easy to use -- overall, a fun experience that made me even more excited about going to my top school in the Fall. I got way better info from the current students in two days than I had in two months of looking at their website.
Opening the App & Constant loading screen
At first when I downloaded the app, It was easy for me to log in & access my messages and all, without having any issues with the screen loading. But recently, whenever I want to go on the app to look at any messages I received, the screen just shows a lamp & I have to wait a really long time for the screen to load. This causes me to uninstall & reinstall this app. This is like the 5th time I had to uninstall & reinstall the app.. Can you try and look into this please because this is a major problem.

Please fix the font colour in the updates channel in dark mode!
Fairly self explanatory but when the app is set to dark mode the font in the updates channel is very difficult to read. Please could this be fixed, thank you!
Major bugs
This is has major bugs like text messages not showing up, profile pictures not loading and even randomly locking you out of your account :/
Picture Pixelated, Lagging frequent
Please fix the quality of uploading the profile pictures as it ruins the experience of the app, and fix the lag of using the app as it prevents any texting.

Very clunky
Only opens properly first time after installing. After that it just shows blank screen forever so have to keep deleting and re-downloading. Very frustrating as once inside the app is really useful and easy to use, just has problems with opening.
Crashes l the time
The app crashes often and shows a black screen. I have to delete and re-download multiple times to access it.
