A fresh new look for Unicity Go — plus a smarter way to stay on top of subscription changes. This release redesigns the screens you use most and adds new ways to spot when a customer skips or cancels a subscription, so nothing catches you by surprise. What's new • Redesigned Partner and Member profiles — one clear layout with everything in one place. • A brand-new Earnings page — see how your earnings are trending over time instead of just a snapshot. • A new navigation bar — a clear highlight showing where you are and less clutter on screen. • Canceled Subscriptions in your Action Hub — when a customer cancels, a task is waiting for you with the details of what was canceled and when. Reach out right from the task with a new Subscription Canceled message template, call or text, then mark it complete. • Know when a subscription is skipped — you'll be notified when a customer skips a subscription, and you can tap straight through to their profile. It's an early heads-up that volume you were expecting won't arrive this month, so you can adjust before it affects your rank qualification.
