This is not an App

This is a pretty unfriendly app. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I really wish it was able to provide more detailed live readings and didn’t require the actual EV Charging device to be restarted so often. There are days I wonder if I’ll even be able to charge my EV because I’ve left it charging overnight and woke up to nothing have been charged.

Also, it’s not an app. You download this app only to be taken to a website using Safari or whatever your favourite browser is. Having to sign in all the time is infuriating.

Please fix this and send out a survey to people actually using Unico charges for genuine feedback.
