I been with ING for more than 10 years and now i seitched to Unicredit . Everything is better
Performance enhancement
Please improve the app’s performance. Most of the time it’s frustratingly slow to load.
Also, if possible, please update:
- balance immediately after each transaction
- refresh transaction list instantly with the latest activity.
Currently, these updates often appear only after several hours or even the next day.

Most friendly platform
I use 4 paltforms in terms of internet banking. UniCredit is the most intuitive and user friendly of all. Keep up the good work!!!
Feedback
If I set up face recognition, it’s not working, or it changes after a while. O do not like to go to settings again, to chose my preferences. This is not a security thing, it’s just bad app

Stuck in the 1900s
Only useful for the simplest transactions. If you have to change your telephone number it requires a trip to a branch. What is the point of a secure app, if even the simplest transaction means filling PAPER work and traveling to a bank branch. It is pathetic that a bank cannot figure out a way to get its procedures into the 21st century. The app is only useful to generate a pin for the desktop site. Disappointing!

I would like to see the balance before and after each transaction

Unbelievable to reach them by hotline number , 30-40 minutes of waiting is minimum

A Big Flaw in App
transactions over weekends, holidays & after bank working hours happen only on the following business day & working hours
App constantly crashes
The app keeps closing itself when I try to make a payment. Please fix it.
Nice features, but lacks the basics
As a user, you are unable to generate bank statements. For mortgages, would be nice to have the entire schedule available, and to update automatically after each payment
Latest release problems
Bugs and bugs. I enable online payments, but it won’t work. If you relogin you can confirm that even though you just enabled it, it shows up as disabled, and I cannot use it, gets declined. App crashes if you change to a different tab. Time to look what happened with the app. This could have very serious consequences if I am travelling: I cannot turn on or off the card, literally cant use my money. If I leave it on all the time I might be exposed to online theft.
Update: I worked around by logging into the web platform. Changing to the “Payments” tab still crashes. Sent an email to that address when I first created the review. If the issues are fixed I will change my current app rating. Thanks.
