Free tier will nag you
Free "subscription" does not renew automatically. You have to renews it manually in the exact moment of expiry. It does not let you do it sooner, and keeps loosing footage after. This mechanic is part of a "shadow tactic" toolkit that should be illegal.
Good when it works
For the last year or more it hasn’t worked. I’ve tried help support from uniden but no follow up and more problems I’ve given up.
App hasn’t worked in months
The app just shows me an error and a refresh button. The moment I hit the refresh button it takes me straight back to the refresh button doesn’t even try to load. Same thing happens with all the different features and pages.
Cloud issues
Good app if it wasn’t for the cloud constantly dropping out. Have to delete app, download again then add cameras back to have it work again. Has been happening for years. Big company like this should have sorted it a long time ago…
Rubbish
The cloud on the app hasn’t worked for over two years. And now the website is requiring a two factor login just to view your footage. Really giving me no reason to chose Uniden again.
