No Support & DIFFICULT to MANAGE
I , first of all got SEVERELY OVERCHARGED for the installation of the system. The tech who installed it had worn out tools that weren’t clamping properly & securing the end cable connections properly, so connections were not connecting properly. I’ve had issues with my system right from the beginning. Once the tech got my money, he dropped me & the system like a hot potato. I’ve called several times to get him to come back & fix up my system, with NO RESPONSE . The installation was EXTREMELY POORLY DONE & I CANNOT EASILY FIND A NEW TECH to fix up the SEVERELY MESSED UP INSTALLATION. There is ABSOLUTELY NO TECH SUPPORT & the system is difficult to IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. My complete system is OFFLINE & COMPLETELY USELESS. Reading up on the system, they tell you that it’s easy to operate , NOT TRUE. I cannot get my system back up & operating . They have NO EASY STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS on how to navigate or service your system. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SYSTEM TO ANYONE . DEFINITELY!!!!, DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE purchasing this system!!!

Perfect combined with the hardware
Easy to use and very simple to learn. One feature that exceeded my expectations was how user-friendly it is to draw the intrusion detection areasboth on the app and the NVR interface. Whenever adjust the camera angles, updating the detection lines via the app is quick and effortless.

This app is really easy to use almost 100 of the configuration could be done on app smooth and they do listen to my feedback
Great App
My installer recommend this brand and now I can monitoring my house from anywhere. The night view was amazing I can see the colorful image in the complete darkness though the APP! Recommend
Seriously Appalling
This app has gone seriously downhill in the last few updates. Motion events have been removed from the events page as well as snapshots removed from the notifications for this event. Loading live view while outside of the native network is a ball-ache, no hardware acceleration also slows it down, the app being stuck on “decoding” for ages also doesn’t help. I’ve used HIK-Connect and DMSS, which apart from their lack of rich notifications with snapshots, are a far superior app.

Uniease pro
장치가 64개 넘어가면 uniease pro 버젼을 쓰라고 하는데 업그레이드하는 항목이 어디있는지 모르고 어플이 따로있는게 아닌데 어떻게 pro를 사용할 수 있는건가요?
So many bugs
I honestly dislike this app so much. You try going back to a certain day and time and the app start playing a different time and it says is the time you are looking for . Example I’m looking for 23:45 and the app is playing 2:45 and stamping it like 23:45 🤦🏾♀️ garbage
Useless
Alerts are 4 days old and getting older. Glitchey at best.
Appalling app.
The app is unreliable and only works for short periods of time. Most of the time it does not connect. Any CCTV system linked to it is useless.
Alarm Notifications
I have an older uniview app as well as this particular variant. When alarm push notifications comes through from the system, the older variant shows them almost instantly and available for playback . Whilst getting the push on UniEase, it does not show on the alarms tab for hours no matter how many times you refresh it. The fact it works correctly on an older version and not the current app is extraordinarily disappointing and leads to dissatisfaction from clients about the capabilities of the system. Poor since update
Video playback is unusable, stutters and says decoding every second on and off.
Rubbish
The old app worked perfectly — it was simple, reliable, and easy for both us and our clients to use. Since the new uniease app it has honestly been nothing but problems. We are getting calls every single day from clients complaining about issues with the app, and it’s creating unnecessary stress and extra work for our business. The previous version was far more stable and user-friendly. Really disappointed with this update.

Bugs in app and freezing
uNV -Link worked stable and performed well. The UniEase is laggy, buggy and requires a lot of fixes and development. Why to downgrade from something that worked well to this raw version of the app?
Stuck Issue
Multiple NVR Connected in my account unfortunately not opened camera frequently maximum time Stuck the app need to restart 😔
No way to trigger the red/blue and the white light from the app!!

Was working absolutely fine until yesterday update. Now it is so slow and sometimes just gets the blue screen with nothing on it.
Crashes constantly
I’m sorry, but this app is junk. I pay a lot of money to have cameras installed on my property in London and the UniEase app freezes and crashes all the time. I’ve deleted the entire app and reinstalled it to no effect. Developer, please fix this.
Glitchy app
This app needs bug fixes, super glitchy, when you switch the audio on, the video starts to get glitchy. I don’t think the company is paying any importance to the reviews being left by the users as the issues are not being addressed.
