Unfortunately unv has dropped there game all they care about is sales I have told them multiple times about there app issues but they ignore us all I can say is if you think the app is bad wait till you have a issue with there cameras they blame everything but there product. Wake up UNV

It never works, slow the image, not accurate when you do “playback”, not good with internet resources. Using a lot more then it needs to. The app actually need a good update to fix all this.
