Problem

I am facing problem when I open apps

Streaming problem

Didn't work

Very useless app. doesn't work when needed

Poor service

Would love to give 0 or -. We installed 4 of these these cameras at our homes back in India, and earlier when the app was Uniarch / Archlive, it worked much better. Before, in playback there used to be an orange color motion detection mark, which made it very easy to see when someone came near the house. Now that feature is either removed or not working properly. We have to search minute by minute to find activity, and even then it’s hard to locate the exact moment.

Another big issue is the playback performance.
When we find the clip:
• Video speed becomes very bad
• Video quality is poor
• The video keeps buffering or freezing

After the recent update, opening a camera itself has become frustrating. We have to tap the screen 10–15 times just to open the camera number. Recently the camera sometimes doesn’t open at all, and playback videos don’t play properly.

Even when we try replay or download:
• It takes 2–2 minutes to load
• Sometimes the video still doesn’t play
• The image freezes
• The app shows poor network even when Wi-Fi is working fine

Right now:
• Videos don’t play properly
• Playback is unreliable
• Footage is not clear

This is very disappointing service. If these issues are not improved soon, many of us (around 10 houses using these cameras) are seriously considering removing these cameras completely.

We hope the company fixes:
1. Motion detection highlight in playback
2. Faster video loading and smooth playback
3. Better app performance after updates
4. Stable connection on Wi-Fi

Because security cameras should be reliable when we need them most.
