This App has been a nightmare from day one. Wish I spent more money on better quality system everything has been a disaster from cameras, NVR, App and more so their customer support.

Beware!! Do not update the app. After updating the app will not allow playback. It gives an error screen every time you try.

This app is great but recently it keeps shutting off. I havent been able to access it.
Working fine, just a few ideas...
-Take a screenshot on the alarm list view
-Show the channel name on the alarm notification

Not Compatible with iOS 16 and macOS Ventura
I could access the cameras on my iPhone and MacBook but I once I upgraded the software I cannot access anything. It just tells me that there was an issue. Idk what to do bc I cannot see anything anymore and has been like this for awhile now.
