Missing Features
Overall fast. Browsing categories needs some work. Also really could use a comparison feature. I have to move back to the browser version just to do that constantly.
Loosing money
Horrible app, tried making purchase three times, the app does not work, they lost my business, moving to another company
Flakey
Randomly thinks you aren’t logged in which requires an app restart to resolve. In stock notifications are incredibly unreliable.

Too many appa doe nothing. The Protect app already knows all about out account and equipment. De-doubling stuff is useless.
Buying + Support directly from the Protect app makes so much sense.

Useful app, but often needs refreshing
For some reason this otherwise great app often requires me to refresh the page or sometimes reboot the app as most of the contents refuse to load at all.
Limited.
Why doesn’t this app list the fiber options?

UISP Tab???
I might be completely missing something, but I’m about to delete this app because I can’t even open the UISP portion of the store in Safari/Chrome because it opens the UniFi Store app up and the App has no UISP option. I’m trying to not be aggravated, but my patience is about to be over with.

When you make a purchase, it would be nice to be able to when I click on “view invoice” to be able to print it or save it to my files for my records.
Other than those things, I think it’s a fantastic app and I really enjoy it.

Use the website
This app is unusable, had the wrong zip code for my credit card and it wouldn’t update it no matter how many times I tried.

quite buggy
basic functions dont work. eg search shows matching products but cant click through, basically need to nav via menu instead
Payment and checkout buttons are not working
Payment and checkout buttons are not working when tapped. Could be a backend issue, but there’s no error message.
Can’t click on search results
The app is good, however I can’t click on search results and navigate to the product’s page. Doesn’t make sense that doesn’t work at all, hence my low rate.

Now let’s add the ability to bookmark/wishlist things. Compare (maybe there, but wasn’t obvious earlier).
And seeing order history would be nice.
But the real big ask. Dark mode. You know all us nerds need the dark mode. I have to save my gear shopping to daytime otherwise. Y’all want those late nite impulse buys from the prosumer crowd? Dark mode it!

Finally, A proper UniFi Store App
Super clean app. Way easier to browse products and check stock compared to the website. Love the in-stock notifications and seeing the full lineup in one place. Smooth, fast and exactly what UniFi users needed.
