Good vendor…hard to look up past orders
Love working with them, hate the apps idea of how to list past orders. Give me them all in a list then let me filter and this a five star vendor. Give me an empty list and make me dig from jump street…bad design…frustrating.
Fix that and it’s a five star app for me. Dealing with B&H in general (informed reachable staff by phone is a huge plus!) is a 5 star experience and I prefer them over Amazon and sweet water, but bad UI ticks kill the experience on mobile.

App issues paying bill
It makes you reset your password all the time then when it texts you code it disappears too fast and sometimes doesn’t let you copy it. Needs some updating for sure.
