Sent me a broken phone and where extremely unhelpful in support
I recently bought a new iPhone from them spending $640. I bought it specifically in the “excellent condition” and when it arrived the back glass was cracked. Not a super big deal but not what I paid for and I let them know exactly like that to support. Since I need my phone for work and I can’t go multiple weeks without a phone while they take forever to send it back so I decided I would take the 10% good faith return so I can just use that to replace my phone glass. I asked if I could possibly get 15% back so it could be easier on me to get it repaired, which he kindly said he’d check. I then get a new support member named “Samuel L” who then told me they actually are taking back the 10% and then proceeded to ask for more pictures after I already sent multiple and continued to ask if I still had the box(I did not). He then says that he knows that my package arrived broken but that It’s handled through the “delivery department” and that he can’t give me the 10% because I need to go through the “carrier claim process”. I repeatedly asked for a different support member that wasn’t dismissive to my problem and actually offered a fair solution that doesn’t require me to wait multiple weeks if not months to get the phone I paid for back. Just another complete scam of a refurbishing site. I’m sticking with apple refurbished after this.👎
