Useless support

There are definitely fake accounts (like on any platform) but support is useless. I put in a cancellation request and it is day of, so I’m sitting here waiting for the “seller” to cancel. This person deleted everything on their account after I bought a perfume from them, and their reviews are fake. I should have been led gullible, but still. Obviously they never shipped the product. Yet all support can say is “Duurrrr we have to wait for the seller 🤡🤡🤡🤡” what’s the point of contacting if you’re not going to take action? 🤷‍♀️ How useless. I’ll be mindful to not use this app often. Thanks for nothing.
