Shocking customer service
Ordered my phone premium and now that it’s come one mic is not working and battery life is not the premium one so have left me no choice asking me to purchase new one and request refund but I paid for the quality assurance fee £9.99 screen and camera protector which I have to replace on new phone I get and furthermore spend another 1k+ which is unacceptable when it’s the company fault however I still can’t talk to manager as there is none available and no call back option by manager available which is ridiculous. I am the only one who is losing in the middle. Really sad and disappointed to top it all up this was my birthday gift which has turned to be a BIG disaster.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I did a purchase and immediately noticed that the condition of the iPhone was described as “fair” which is not that I was looking for, so I decided to cancel the order not more than 10 minutes after. That was the beginning of a nightmare. I couldn’t find the way to cancel the order so I opened a chat and held a conversation with a representative that clearly stated that she will contact the seller to avoid the item be shipped. Next day I received an email indicating that my package is prepared for shipping. I got really upset and call again claiming for the immediate cancellation of the order. Well a whole week after this problem I had to went through the process of expecting for the package and refused it. I haven’t received my money back. This is insane and really beyond acceptable. As any other market place working as a middle man, they must have ways to have an immediate cancellation if it’s the case.

Selling already seriously damaged products
Please don’t buy any devices from here. The first phone I bought had a damaged screen which they wouldn’t fix but sent me a replacement that had below 80% battery health. I kept the original phone and made sure I took good care of it but the screen still managed to have an ink leak when I hadn’t dropped the phone at all. I sent the phone back in and was told that my warranty (which was the whole reason I bought the phone) was not valid as it only covers ‘malfunctions’ and not damaged hardware. I spent £400 on a phone that lasted me 3 months and I now have to get rid of. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM BACK MARKET

I didn't know when I got the protection plan that when I needed to cancel it . It would take me to the protection plan page but nowhere is it allowing me to cancel the plan as it has been stated on this site therefore I try to contact them without success my next stop is bbb if they don't fix this in 72 hours . Well I apologize I found out how to cancel it but it was not according to the instructions listed you might want to correct that so others don't have that problem

Dubious phones
Sellers will often modify premium tier iphones, rendering eSIM and updating useless. Do not buy the premium teir, it’s a waste of money and an absolute hassle with their support.

Quatre commandes. Littéralement. Le premier ordinateur reçu n’avait pas le clavier rétroéclairé annoncé (dont j’ai énormément besoin). À moi de le renvoyer en me rendant dans l’un des trois points DHL bien lointains de ma ville, avec en prime la colère de savoir que j’augmente l’empreinte carbone de mon achat par ce retour en Pologne. Les trois autres commandes : annulées car machines non disponibles. J’ai donc plusieurs millieurs d’euros en attente de remboursement et toujours pas d’ordinateur. Le service client est composé de 140 personnes qui sont sympas mais vous font autant de réponses différentes en simultané. Je me tourne vers Refurbed ou Swaat.

I purchased an Xbox, I know this is not the companies fault, but the Xbox could not be delivered to my apartment because it is a “Business Address”. The only part that I have an issue with is that it took so long for them to offer a refund, and any conversations that you have via messaging on their app is through an AI generated chat bot.
