Terrible service
Can’t even update a shipping address the moment after an order is placed. Made me run around with FedEx for them to state the seller is the only one allowed to make changes and Back Market refused to help. Never use this app. Waste of time and money.

Good for selling - not for buying
If you’re willing to pay extra for refurbished tech, go ahead because I will say this app does make it very easy and reliable which may be worth it for some, but if you are trying to get refurbished tech for cheaper ebay is a lot more worth it. I enjoy collecting consoles and a lot of these things were way too close to market price for my liking when i’ve seen ebay prices for refurbished consoles be hundreds of dollars lower. Again, this is reliable and seemingly done by professionals so the quality of product will be consistently higher, just consistently more expensive

Downloaded app but does not appear on my device amywhere. Go back to the apple app store . There: it shows that the app says “open”. Can I open it from the App Store? I can only open it from the App Store. It is not appearing on my phone so I cannot delete it from my phone which I would like to do I cannot delete it frm my iphone device bcuz its not thr

Got a massive discount on an iPhone 17. It has 100% battery capacity, in perfect condition and a good price offered for my trade in. And customer service is down by humans who are fantastic. I have purchased an refurbished iPhone before (not from back market) very unsatisfactorily so I was reluctant to try a refurbed product again, but back market have restored my faith! I received a smart watch that had I not known, I would have assumed was brand new. It arrived in packaging that could have been off the shop floor, and looks immaculate. So far it’s working perfectly. I’d definitely recommend back market for refurbed items, and I’d definitely use them again.

Sent my phone to them weeks ago and they lie saying I didn’t pass identity checking to see my trade in status (I did), and then they give vague responses about not knowing if my phone is received! HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW?! clearly a lie. Never trust a company with your expensive items, not matter how legit they seem.

This is the 2nd time that I’ve gotten something from this app and it did not work correctly…. I paid for an “EXCELLENT" iPhone 13 for my daughter…. And it won’t even contact to the WiFi… it keeps giving me a “iPhone not connected to internet”…. Never again will I order from this app

I needed a phone asap and thought this would be a great option. I ordered a Black Titanium iPhone and received a Desert (Camel) Titanium model instead. Customer service offered either a 10% discount to keep the incorrect phone or required me to return it before they would send the correct one. I understand the policy, but I was disappointed that I had to spend additional time correcting a mistake that wasn’t mine. Because of the experience, I chose to return the phone for a refund and purchase elsewhere. Never again!
