It’s a gamble
Got 2 phones from BackMarket. The first one works as a backup (battery isn’t the best). The other boots up, then heats up and shuts down on its own. 1 year warranty? Sure, I sent it in for repair. No luck it came back the way it was. Waste of time and money. I wouldn’t buy from BackMarket again.

Bought an IPhone 17 256g
Got this phone came in like 3-5 days very fast, bought it in good condition turns out it came flawless. Even came with a free case and charger. The only thing which would be nice if they added the original Apple box but otherwise 10/10 would defo recommend.

Great machine was delivered for price and content was at first glance as expected. Then I am having trouble with iCloud the device may not have been removed completely from the original owner. I am possibly going to ask for a refund or replacement device. Will update this review to 5 stars on resolution.

iPhone order and delivery
Just received my new ( refurbished) iPhone from Back Market and I am not disappointed, I went for the excellent option and the phone is flawless also included was a fitted screen protector and a good phone case and twelve months warranty. I fully recommend this new and upcoming firm.

I have no subscriptions at all with Back Market, but they've been charging to my card $5.99 every month for no reason.
Great way to upgrade Phone!
After 7 years I upgraded my iPhone XR. Wanted something lighter and smaller. Got iPhone 12 Mini next day. Great price, new Phone in excellent condition and got a great price for XR. Will use again for other Apple upgrades.

This company never sent any promo codes to their customers we buy devices. But never sent promo codes. Shame this company !!they trying to make more money making the priors costumers buying at regular prices

I experienced Terrible service with the Trade-In of My Device (PS4 Pro Console)… Which was wrongfully inspected by Refurbisher by the Name of KOALA STASH…
My Device was shipped in Great Functional Condition, and was disgarded by the return refurbisher whom did not commit to the offer that was initiated… When I tried to reach out to Customer Care , they did not assist and was Very Dismissive..
In the End, I was paid Literally Nothing for my Console ($1), and when I protested they disregarded me, despite being a Customer that recently just Patronized the Business..
I expected Better treatment as a loyal Customer

Poor customer service
Good app, ok company. Abysmal customer service.
Contacting customer service is impossible
Can’t get logged in, the help just keeps me going around in circles without resolving anything.
Asked the simple question “how to contact customer service” its answer was a bot with 3 options , none of which were applicable.
Tried various other ways to get help and just kept getting the same thing. Absolutely useless.

Can’t even update a shipping address the moment after an order is placed. Made me run around with FedEx for them to state the seller is the only one allowed to make changes and Back Market refused to help. Never use this app. Waste of time and money.
Update: thankfully Back Market reached out again and told me to reach out to customer care- the ones that neglected to help me the first time. Unreal. Don’t use.

First buy was good after a year second buy was like buying from a corner shop their online help service , poor feels like a chat boot no solutions only trying to close the case and answering once every 24 for hrs.

Bought a cell phone that died after 8 months. I couldn’t remove the iPhone from “find my” on my account. They had to email the seller that sold me the faulty phone and make me wait two days to see if I could ship back after spending $500+ on my purchase. The customer service and return process is absolutely terrible. I will never shop here again. Issue has been submitted to better business bureau.
