I cannot believe how incredibly difficult it is to navigate this website via this poorly designed app! So much easier w a pc that I’ll probably never use this again unless it’s on one and on the website itself. Very frustrating!
Good platform, unfriendly staff
I like the app and feel like they have a good system going. However, I got chewed out by one of their staff members in the comments on a sale for not providing the tracking number yet at that point and it was hardly halfway through the second business day (which is the timeline they ask the seller to ship out.) anyways, you would think that the staff would know their own policies…. I had to remind them that I had until the end of that day to provide the tracking number. Not great

Wouldn’t let me list anything. Not sure how sellers are able to use this but this was probably the worst experience I ever had with any selling platform
