Credit card payment option doesn’t work
Tried multiple times to manually input my credit card information to complete a purchase, and every time it gets locked in a loading mode. Fix this buggy app.

Order shipped next day after confirming cancellation. Impossible to get hold of customer service. Is this a company or a scam service. Trying to save 3300 hard earned dollars. Will switch to anything else than Samsung. Unbelievable
Repeated logins, order page doesn’t render
There are times where I’ve had to login 2-3 times within a few minutes, just because I went from the shopping page, to my orders and then to my devices. And the app isn’t recognized by the password app, so you have to do it manually.
Historic Orders page renders the wrong products for each previous purchase. Sometimes it renders the product above it on the list, or whichever one you choose first will render with every other purchase you select.
I expected way better from Samsung. This app is embarrassing for you and your website forces me into it.
Is it because I’m on an iPhone and you hate iPhones? That’s probably it.
