App issues paying bill
It makes you reset your password all the time then when it texts you code it disappears too fast and sometimes doesn’t let you copy it. Needs some updating for sure.

Filters impossible to use
Trying to search for specific products is impossible. Every time you open the filters tab it all resets. You have to click the filters in a certain order or else the whole app crashes. I feel like it wasn’t like this in the past. God forbid you switch to another app and switch back.

B&H has an easily accessed website, so when a buddy bought a new lens for Astro Photography, I looked up the details to see if I also “ need” one!
Problem with the Ap
I get an error when I try to view DSLRs in the Ap, the message reads something like "data not available" in a red banner at the top of the screen. I'm using an iPhone 12, the Ap was installed from Apple's Ap store. I've checked for updates and didn't find any.
Tracking link broken
Your link to tracking info on the orders page never leads to a FedEx page with info, always to an error page. It’s insane how long this issue has been a part of the app
Error while browsing
Can’t browse. Always get red error pop a d no results.
Bot verification is terrible
The strict bot/human verification function makes this app impossible to use. Filling out address information took 15 minutes because it would pop up every time I clicked on the next section. It’s frustrating and very disappointing.
Issue
The current app has an issue in displaying lists of Nikon Z lenses. An error message appears in red stating an error in format.

No matter how many times you say, you don’t wanna leave a review it’s gonna hound you. It doesn’t matter how much stuff you buy it’s gonna hound you.. this company’s idea of good publicity is hounding the people that spent tens of thousands of dollars at their store for the view that no one is gonna read. Sound like good customer service to you?

One-star bait-and-switch that left me furious
I found this camera case listed at $39. Great deal, right? Tried to buy it. “Our system is down, please try again later.” Okay, fine. Tried again. Same message. And again. And again. Twenty-plus attempts later I finally gave up, assuming it was some temporary glitch.
Next day I come back. The system is magically working… and the price is now $84. Nearly double.
This isn’t a “system outage.” This is the oldest trick in the book: dangle a too-good-to-be-true price, lock the checkout so people can’t complete the purchase, then quietly jack the price back up once the “glitch” is fixed. I wasted time, energy, and goodwill for nothing.
B&H used to be a place you could trust. Experiences like this make me seriously question that. If they’re willing to play games over a $39 case, what else are they doing?
