One-star bait-and-switch that left me furious
I found this camera case listed at $39. Great deal, right? Tried to buy it. “Our system is down, please try again later.” Okay, fine. Tried again. Same message. And again. And again. Twenty-plus attempts later I finally gave up, assuming it was some temporary glitch.
Next day I come back. The system is magically working… and the price is now $84. Nearly double.
This isn’t a “system outage.” This is the oldest trick in the book: dangle a too-good-to-be-true price, lock the checkout so people can’t complete the purchase, then quietly jack the price back up once the “glitch” is fixed. I wasted time, energy, and goodwill for nothing.
B&H used to be a place you could trust. Experiences like this make me seriously question that. If they’re willing to play games over a $39 case, what else are they doing?
Extremely disappointed. Will be shopping elsewhere.

When browsing selection on dslr, it ended up in error, when searching specific dslr, such as Nikon D5, it yields multiple results, when clicking on details, it goes to a blank page

Finally a strap that makes sense
A “gadget” that actually works as advertised. Keeps your camera where you want it. Walking through crowded area it can keep camera behind or in front of you without the lens sticking out.
Used camera equipment.
For some reason the app will not let me view used dslr and lenses. It says the data could not be read because it’s in the wrong format. It always worked before and I changed no settings. Strange. Communication with them proved fruitless. I even deleted and reinstalled several times to no avail. Strange.

If you’ve never been to the storefront in Manhattan you really should if you get the chance. It’s got an insane amount of the best tech, prosumer, and professional gear around. There’s stuff flying all over the place overhead, it feels like the North Pole during Christmas, manned by Hasidic Jews. Whats incredible is despite the high rent they offer the best price online and offline. Absolutely incredible.

I love B&H! I was able to source hard to find 127 film for my old Kodak Brownie Homiday Flash camera that belonged to my grandparents. Went to Watson Mill Bridge near Carlton, GA on Tuesday July 7 and took the old girl for its first test in 43 years! Waiting to have the film developed!

I'm not sure what happened with this app or its backend but i get a lot of errors when attempting to browse by drilling down into categories, making this app useless to me. I hope they can get it back on its feet

No longer loads products
Used to be great, now it won’t load product pages or product images and just slow. Tried reinstall on iPhone, no difference.
