Phone and iPad taknks

Not the best. Phone app freezes often and sometimes shows a blank screen. Navigating the menu from chrome on the iPad you can’t select side menus or when you scroll to select something like fee schedule , you can’t see it. Scheduling from AM to PM sometimes automatically selects wrong time of day. Also I’ve asked for over three years to be able to toggle on amd off certain intake and assessment forms from the library and was told they are working on it but don’t. How helpful is it to be able to send out different forms to patients especially when you have different tools and are required to have a number of assessment forms for insurance companies or different strategies¿
It makes it hard as a solo practioner when you constantly have to report, take pictures and screen shots, miss phone calls, or can’t perform the functions you need to have a sleepless day

Terrible

If I could give no stars I would. The app no longer works on my phone, for the last week now. The calendar is not working on the IPad just now. How will I reschedule my client? Their programmers are terrible. It seems they don’t test updates before going live. For the last 2 years every update makes the program more glitchy, less user friendly and less usability. I reach out to support staff and they have no ability to fix anything or help out. I was told not to use the web browser on my phone because it’s not compatible, and then two emails later told to use the browser on my phone. From the same support person. Just terrible.

Get stopped with scheduling

Scheduling became harder from the phone app when changes were made. For the last 6 months I’ve been getting a “server error” message when scheduling and rescheduling patients. I’ve emailed support and spoke to support and still getting the error when scheduling. Tried to schedule new patients becomes stressful having to then write down their information or ask them for it after initial request. System is a let down here.

Not compatible with older models

Don’t update if you have an older model, it’s not supported. And the helpful advice I got was “buy a new iPad.”

Glitchy and don’t fix bugs

This app is incredibly glitchy. They focus their efforts in iOS, so if you use an android phone the app is glitchy. Merging dates on my schedule is one example. They also took away features such as being able to schedule appts for other practitioners other than yourself, and being able to look at two offices at the same time. They don’t seem to hire staff to check for bugs before launching updates. And have taken more than a year to fix issues. Very unimpressed, dissatisfied and disappointed with this service. If you look at Google Play Store u will c their reviews are 2.8 currently. And there has been issues on my iPad too, such as the schedule just not coming up for a few hours. Hard to reschedule a client when you can’t see your availability.
