Great Clinic Management App
I have had UP for close to 10 years as my clinic management and EMR software. The app has been a great extension of the software and its functionality has been great in and out of the office. It’s so easy to schedule patients.
Such a horrible app
This app for the program is such a pain. It n hardly ever lets you see new patient paperwork. It's down half the time and slow the other half
Constant bugs
This app is a headache. Can’t get in and book appointments for over a day now.
glitchy AF
Every day there’s a glitch and that is super frustrating. The concept is good, but execution is slightly better than amateur. Missing some essential features but also has some great features. Support tends to be kind and responsive but I wish I didn’t have to contact them so frequently.
Could be better
I been using UP phone app for 2 years, the constant glitches makes it very frustrating , the phone app should have more features , it is just a simple app to make or change appointment’s status on the go,
I have needed the patient’s info sometimes but only very little available … is ok , not a 5 for sure
