So aggravating!
This app literally drives me insane. EVERY TIME I got to request a sub, it pops up the error message. I then have to go delete the app, reinstall, and try again. Sometimes 5+ times before it will let me in. It’s been this way for YEARS. Honestly it’s better to just use the website. 🤷🏻♀️
Horribly Unreliable
This is a very unreliable app that continuously crashes. This app is not recommended. As an IT Specialist for a School District this app has been a nightmare.
Buggy
Still super buggy. I have redownload and reload every time the app doesn’t refresh. Sometimes logging out works but if it is not used for a while it does that it’s super annoying and inconvenient. Please fix.
Login still not working with latest release
Release notes state login issue resolved, not so.
Horrible needs to updated
Once you log in. You don’t stay logged in and it freezes on the front page. I have to delete the app to get it to work again. I have to do that about once of twice in a couple weeks when I don’t use the app. It’s so obnoxious…
Angry staffer
This is HORRIBLE, I have to delete and reinstall this app every couple of days because it doesn’t open. Several coworkers have the same issue. Really hope my school gets rid of this next year!!😤
Almost Never Works
The app has worked 1 out of 20 times that I’ve tried to open and use it. I have tried to open and use it several times in a row, and even restarted my phone. Other people at my school have run into the same issue.
Needs work
This app has not worked in months and no updated has been done. Not helpful! Would like this to be fixed so it can be used to its full capacity.
Missing button
Since the iOS update, it hasn’t worked right. You cannot put a sub in because the button to do so is missing
Hit or miss
This is hit or miss for if it works. Some days it does, some days it doesn’t. Very frustrating.
Constant Headache
This app could be helpful but it keeps crashing. It continues to loop when I tap “SmartFind Express” and it requires me to uninstall and then reinstall the app. This fix only works for a few weeks and then I have to do it again. Please fix this!
Pointless for general staff
If the app has no option to save district code what’s the point? Need to log in to website each time to find it.
