FAQ

What does the UniFocus app do?

The UniFocus app is a mobile workforce management tool that allows organizations to manage employee scheduling, track time and attendance, and facilitate communication. Managers can oversee staff remotely, while employees can view schedules, track hours, and manage their work-life balance.

What are the key features for managers?

Managers can remotely manage schedules, receive customized alerts for call-ins or late staff, control overtime costs with alerts, send broadcast messages to available staff, and approve scheduling requests on the go. They can also check schedules, manage employee clock-ins/outs, and access contact information instantly.

What are the key features for employees?

Employees can easily review their work schedules, view time cards, track their hours, and respond to accept shifts. They can also swap or drop shifts, request time off, notify managers of absences or tardiness, and communicate with their team via a message system.

Is this app free to use?

Based on the provided information, the app is listed as 'free'. However, to successfully log in and utilize its features for editing or viewing schedules, the Mobile App feature must be activated for your specific property. You should contact your property's manager to confirm this activation.

How does the app help with time theft and overtime?

The app helps eliminate time theft through acceptable radius GPS location verification, ensuring employees are clocking in and out from the correct location. It also helps control overtime costs by providing alerts when employees are due for a break or approaching their overtime limits.
