Impossible password recovery
I am unable to recover my password even tho I know my username. This is one of those sad technology things. I get an email the day before every shift to remind me my schedule but somehow I can’t recover my password to get into my account. It’s really messing up my work vibes. Sad.

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble resetting your password! Sometimes this happens when the username isn't being typed in correctly or if the password reset email is being flagged as spam/junk. Please reach out to us with your MyHotelTeam username at support@myhotelteam.com
Can’t login through the app
App worked fine, but all of the sudden I was kicked out and now can’t log back in. I’ve had many coworkers who have experienced the same thing. I can log in through the website, but it would be nice to have access to the app.

App Needs More Features
App needs to have the feature to show who all is scheduled during the whole week. Also the app should have the clock in and out feature on it. We need to be able to see our total hours calculated for the work week instead of having to add them up ourselves. And possibly check calculator for payroll
