Does not allow calls

awesome

great app

p.s. i’m proud of your app papi

Support for AirPods is needed

You can choose to use the speakerphone but not AirPods. Furthermore, if another Apple like the alarm app goes off it disrupts the current headphone source and you are forced to leave the call and come back to it.

Thank you for looking into this.

Rubbish

What a rubbish app! Downloaded it and signed up. App doesn’t recognise password. Requested a new one and nothing came through. Back to zoom!

Terrible Product and support is worse

Do not get this software, we tried this to use for video and traditional conference calls without customers. The customers cannot get it to work for them, are always confused, dial in by phone numbers are always busy or do not connect.

Not Impressed

I was invited to a product presentation from a company that uses this software. I was able to download the app on my iPad Pro. However there is no guest access. The app requires a user name and password which I do not have as a guest.

I then tried to access it directly from my PC. Since I am working from home due to COVID-19 I need to go through the company VPN. I was able to get the presentation to run on Chrome, for just a few minutes. The screen from the presenter was one of 4. The view was very small and I could not see the slides. When I tried to click to enlarge the screen it went blank and there was no way to return to the previous view.

This may be a great piece of software for team collaboration among registered users. As a sales presentation tool I would be ashamed to use this for my clients.

Good but with limitations

In general I like the ability to see messages from colleagues on the go when grabbing a coffee.
However sometimes the notification badge on the app icon is not removed when the messages was viewed on a different device. That makes the usage sometimes a little u pleasant.

Speakerphone Issue

The current version has an annoying bug - if another user in a meeting mutes, unmutes, connects, or disconnects, then the speakerphone is turned off. The result is that in any conference call of more than 3 people I have to be constantly monitoring and re-enabling the speakerphone otherwise we won’t be able to hear the other people on the call. As I have daily stand up meetings, I run into this every day. Gah.

Speaker Turns Off

Speaker keeps turning off during my meetings. My colleagues are having the same issue. Please fix.

Speaker turns off

I’m in a meeting and suddenly the speaker turns off. This happens several times during the course of a meeting. I’m not sure, but maybe it’s linked to when people are joining or leaving the meeting (?)

Really does not do a good job

Lots and lots of issues to use

Notoriously unreliable

Luckily our organization has switched to MS teams now which is working like a charm

Not working in apple watch

It was working earlier and stopped working in apple watch.

Productivity killer

The phone as well as the desktop app are simply horrible. I feel like my reputation is changing to someone who is constantly late to meetings. This is what this app will do to you. Our admins start setting up meetings 15 (!!!) minutes in advance to have time dealing with updates, issues etc. If the app is working (usually you spend the first 5 to 10 minutes of the meeting dealing with various issues...) the app is fine. Your organization WILL loose productivity if you decide to start using this software.

Add India dial in number

Kindle add india in dial in support

Reduce bandwidth requirements

Good - But with a couple of annoying bugs

The app works well apart from a couple of issues.

When you have permissions to make international calls you have to use the country extension at the front of the number to dial and even more annoyingly the + symbol required for this doesn’t seem possible to as an input using the keypad unless it’s pasted in from the clipboard.

Also it always shows as having one notification even though there nothing new.

Useless

If I could give this app 0 stars, That would be too generous. However the minimum rating is 1. I am not able to sign in, and the app doesn’t even recognize my email address.

Did not work on my iPad

There is no Safari support - rather I have to install Google Chrome (OVER MY DEAD BODY). Then the app did not work on my iPad. really
