This credit union charges an unreasonable fee for transfers to outside banks. So don't think you can quickly and cheaply send some emergency funds to a

No a bad Credit Union. But slow to get up with the times. The platform they use, is early 2000 style. The people are nice and all can get the job done.

Great app. Able to do everything I want with it. No trips to the credit union.
New “app” is not good
This is not a true mobile app. This feels like it’s just a wrapper for a website. Because of this, the app is slow to load each section and it’s not as good as a true mobile app. While not great either, the last app version was better than this one.

Transferring money is easy and like one stop shop right there way to go. I love this app and this Bank.

This new app is trash. It’s so slow, it crashes all the time, the old one was so much better, please change it back. Every time I need to move money when I’m standing in line somewhere it crashes or it won’t load. The old app works so much better.
Upgraded app not up to speed
I normally use my tablet and now the page won’t flip to landscape, when it did before, so I’m not sure this is better. It’s aninconvenience to have to turn my tablet.
