Bill Payment keeps on showing “error”
Hello!! I hope this gets fixed. I’ve trying to pay bills via this app but the error still keeps on showing up! It’s hard to pay to bills if you are a Unionbank client. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

Is it me or theres no BPI option in paying bills? Like for credit card payment? All the other banks are there for credit card payment?
Online Check deposit does not work
I repeated multiple times to deposit the business check and in fact that check is from Union Bank but it just says “Check Number Not Found” even if the check number is correct.

The Portal is soooo easy to use, very user friendly and intuitive. Havent had much problems, downtimes, failed transactions in the past 7 months that we used it.
