I down loaded this app. You need a pin to use. Rang twice supposed to be sent never got it. Left messages on the help line all unanswered. Complete waste of time!

Can’t even update. Absolutely useless. Give us back the cards. Obviously you don’t want your loyal customers to get any benefits

Updates stop you using it
Tried to use the app twice in the past fortnight when buying petrol. Both times it refused to produce a discount barcode unless it was updated again. Updates are good, but to disable its functionalty while they "improve the user interface" renders it useless.

Downloaded this App and has been completely trouble free and giving me 4 C/L discount. 👍
Scummy + Useless
App is much worse than digital wallet; have to generate time limited 24 hour codes instead of a ready barcode.
Very frustrating
This is a great card if it works. Every time I go to use the app it says I have to update and that takes forever if at all. It’s so frustrating so then I miss out in the discount.

Impossible
I was excited to hear about this Seniors’ discount. But downloading the app has been impossible. At first it says that I don’t have an Internet connection and that I shd try again later. This has gone on repeatedly for a week as I download and delete and download the app. Always ending on a frozen blue screen with the United logo. I bet that I won’t get a discount when I show the blue screen. No Stars rating, but Apple requires at least one. That’s one more than it deserved.

More tech for security hassles and scammers.
Yeah every stupid company is forcing you to apps. Then probably selling your details so other companies can scam you. Plus another app that can be hacked. Awesome.

Downloaded app - needs passcode from original email sent every time you open it - NOT useful!! Only shows fuel - no other discount functions available - avoid the headaches and frustration and delete immediately
Too difficult
Why would you do this? I’m an 88 year old senior and my son has to help me with these silly apps. Why would you want to discourage seniors from using your fuel stations?
Barcode doesn’t work
I downloaded the app to receive a 4c seniors discount. Downloading and setting up went well. When I click on “generate barcode” I get an error saying unable to generate a barcode. Pls try again in a few mins. Having been trying for 3 days. Same message. No barcode, no discount. 😡 I’m aware it can only be used once a day, but not even getting one a day.

Firstly only the fuel section works, if I look for a site that accepts the app they show its location but not the fuel price, thats a bit dopey, surely they know the price at that store, perhaps add other stores closeby to show how cheap United is compared to others
Very poor upgrade
Loved that I had the card in my iPhone wallet. Now have to open a completely different app. Not impressed.
Cant even open without a passcode
Downloaded but need a passcode to open. They say its emailed or txt to you even though they dont have any of these details as youve just dowliaded an app. Ampol app way better - just look at the ratings between both. Better fuel too at ampol

Great app for constant discounts no matter where you are. No receipts required and a discount daily! Nice! Just need to register on the website to get it.
