Too Many Pro lems
Logging in requires a text or email verification on the app. Too aggravating. My other banks don’t require.
Update
Forcing me to update my phone to update an app to be able to check my balance? No thanks.

Credit card access
Before the update i was able to access my credit card and pay it off on time every month. From the new update I cannot access it or make my payment transfer and when I put my information in to get access I get blocked from my account and this happens EVERY MONTH. I get my account unlocked by calling my local branch pay it off over the phone then my access is blocked off the app again

3rd app in 2 years for them still just as bad. terrible bank would give 0 stars if possible

The United Bank in Silverhill makes my day every time I go there. Ask for Tammy. She will watch out for you and your money. Customer service is second to none!!!!!
Card management
The card access not available to update travel mode or my limits per day. It’s inconvenient for me to have to call the bank during hours to access these options.
I love the new app
I really like the layout of the new app. I’m on my parent’s accounts and am able (on my phone) to rearrange the accounts so that their accounts are at the end of the list of accounts. I appreciate being able to see images of checks deposited at the ATM—I would love to be able to see those deposited via the app.

A nice update, but..
The update is nice. Very appealing to the eye and easy to work. I have one complaint. I’m on multiple peoples accounts. So their transactions show up in my transaction dashboard. I need to be able to access their accounts, so I can’t remove them from my online banking, but I need there to be a way to filter the transactions to show only mine, when I log in. I don’t want to have to go to my account then my transactions. I just want my homepage to display my account info. Please!
