The new app is horrible. No way to change password if you forgot it.
Mobile banking
Mobile banking is wonderful—- when it works! Have trouble virtually every time electronically transferring funds to my wife’s account. Get an error reading and it can’t be accomplished. Have personally been to the bank trying to straighten this out and it worked once for a $50 trial. Now back to the error reading. Mobile banking should work correctly or not have it.

Responsive service that feels personal (I’m a person)
This I trust is what banking was when bankers knew their people- the people that need and use the bank.
Enough online tools with great friendly phone support when needed.
But most notable is they know me when I walk in.
Who walks into a bank these days???
I do- because I like the service and they way I’m greeted.
I feel like they care and are clearly interested in helping with me cheerfully.
