Never works
Never loads, can’t click notifications I get. Always says “we hit a snag” and there’s a communication failure. Very frustrating.

Peter is one of my favorite clerks at this location in eastgate. This is my favorite store and I go to a good amount of udf stores.

I wish I had more UDF location's in my Day to Day travel because I would make a point to to only use UDF as my primary gas station/convenient store always get 6cent off with udrive card & if you purchase other merchandise you will get even more of a fuel discount & the weekly free offers are awesome & the free item offers that they have been doing for this entire week is crazy nobody else matches this highly recommend this app

Asks for notifications every time app is opened
This app is great EXCEPT it asks for notifications every time app is opened.
IDF is slowing down its own cashiers because of this app behavior.

Horrible
App needs major improvements! Constantly have to provide phone number to verify account. Also makes you sign in into your account anytime you click on anything. Also since they no longer accept physical cards at the store you are required to have a digital one that never works at the store. Always say phone number is not registered even though it is the exact one listed on my digit account.

Needs Improvements
Love the concept, but the app itself needs major improvements.
Every time I open the app, I get a pop-up to turn on notifications. Which they are already on, but the annoying pop-up never goes away.
The barcodes for the coupons do not consistently show up when I go to redeem it. I have to close the app and reopen it and because of that I am holding up the busy lines at UDF. Sometimes, they never show up and the cashier will just adjust it on their end.
If the coupon does happen to work, then I have to exit that screen, navigate to another screen for the cashier to scan my UDF card.
It should be more streamlined. Either have the barcode on the same page as the coupons or work on just scanning the UDF loyalty card to redeem the coupon itself.
If the coupons and Wednesday freebies were tied to the loyalty card where I could just type my number in on the card pad, I wouldn’t bother with the annoying app.

Had a free triple dip ice cream, app would not let me redeem the offer. My sister ended up paying for hers, I just “stole” mine. 👍 Was supposed to be free anyways.

Why did you do it?
I loved my UDF I bought gas ice cream and the people of the Circleville Oh store were great. I no longer have a UDF causing me to have the discount on gas or the great secret m cone selections
