Glitches and can’t submit requests
I’ve been working for 2 hours trying to submit a request through the app. It keeps glitching, and every time it does, I lose all the information I’ve typed or attached and have to start over. It’s a very frustrating process.

Terrible
This app makes it nearly impossible to quickly make a payment. I could probably finish a Zane novel before a transaction goes through. If giving less than one star was an option, I definitely would.
Poorly Designed Program with Major Flaws
I recently used this program, and I have to say it’s one of the least user-friendly experiences I’ve encountered. The interface lacks basic functionality that should be standard in any application. For example, I was unable to leave a simple note, but I could attach a photo. However, after selecting a photo from my gallery, there was no confirmation or option to review my selection. Worse yet, there’s no way to delete the photo once it’s attached, leaving users with no control over their input.
On top of these interface issues, I was charged a late fee of $16 without receiving any notice about the company canceling their services with another companies that helps HOA payments. This lack of communication and transparency, combined with the program’s frustrating design, reflects poorly on both the software and the company behind it.
