Great app.

Not great

Frequently I can not access the app and it will not let me access for a couple of hours this should be fixed it has cause me issues several times

very friendly app very friendly staff just a very personal relationship you can form with these people immediately. I’d like to know that the business I’m doing business with knows me and they are awesome. I would highly recommend switching over to the bank.

Customer service

The app is so easy to navigate especially after one of the banks online help guided me through the process of setting up the mobile app on my phone.
Your employees are very helpful with someone that is not a whiz kid. We spent an hour trying to figure out my bugs in my IPhone. Please contact me, to give that employee recommendations for a job well done .

God Awful

This app is the furthest thing from user friendly. The way everything is moving online and digitally kind of makes it difficult when half the features on this app don’t even work 80% of the time. Over the last 2 years I’ve really wanted to switch banks just because the online aspect of USB is just so horrible but I have joint accounts with family members and what not and really don’t want to go through the haste of switching banks right now or I would’ve years ago.

The only complaint I have is that the app won’t let me use the facial recognition. Other than that very user friendly

Issues with log in

Ever since the “upgrade” to the system, I am constantly being blocked from logging in. I have to change my password only for it to work for 2 days, then I have to change my password again. Never ending cycle and nobody can seem to let me know what’s wrong.

Live updates don’t work

Please fix live updates / push notifications in the alerts section. When live updates is toggled it says error has occurred.

Also app will not allow Touch ID to be used.

App seems buggy.

Change is not always a good thing!

I loved the app before.Rarely had a problem. Now I’ve been told buy a new phone, upgrade storage and/or twirl three times and do the Cupid Shuffle. Been to ATT, USB branch, USB help line, Apple Customer service and still no app.
I hate change and even more not giving us a head”s up that you were about to wreak havoc during a pandemic when normal avenues are closed. Don’t see well, am immune-suppressed and computer is down.

Great app backed up by great support!

Headline says it all.

No longer works on Wi Fi. Cell connection OK

Worked fine for a year but now it stopped working on WiFi. Says I do not have connection. Error message reruns repeatedly. Still functions normally using Cell.

Bad App

App stopped working since yesterday, 03-25-2019. I keep getting an error, of no connectivity, but I can open my Bank of America App with no problems, as well as other Apps. I called the bank and they tried saying it was an Apple IPhone X problem, with the SIM card. App will on occasion open then close again. I placed a call to Apple Care, while on the phone with them, the App reconnected, only for a few minutes, then discounted again. Please fix this issue. Oh it didn’t work on my iPad or my husbands IPhone 7 Plus either. All my other bank apps are working well. Still not working for over a week. It may have been hacked.

Flawed

To many problems, not easy to use. Not very user friendly

Stopped working

App is useless. Started getting error that the site is experiencing connection problems and to try back later. Have deleted and reinstalled but still not functioning.
