Why won’t you allow sending screenshot of payment notification to the recipient? I know it is your system and not WhatsApp because I took a screenshot of a different thing and was able to send to the same recipient the payment notification was for and that worked. Please do something about it. Thanks.

List of names keep moving
Can you stabilize the names when trying to select recipient? The list of names used to be still when selecting but now it keeps moving that you are likely to click the wrong name. It’s annoying.

Avoid UnityLink totally!!! They held money supposed to be refunded for almost two months instead of 14-working day. I kept calling them but they don’t give any sensible answer. It was better in previous years but of late you can’t trust your money with them. I currently still have my money with them for the second time for over two weeks. I’m reporting them to my bank today…..Fraud!

Why can't I take a screenshot
Why can't I take a screenshot to confirm my own transaction to my recipient? What security feature is it? The app has a feature to share but it so complicated and time consuming requiring you to share link and enter codes etc something a simple screenshot solves. Please remove this feature. If you can't make life simpler for your clientele, at least don't make it more complicated. If I get another app, I am definitely relocating my household.

I sent a transaction on the 21st of September 2025, it did not go through and to date they haven’t been able to refund my money. I phoned several times and spoke to customer service but they have not taken any action on refunding my money.
I don’t intend to transact any further transfers with this company until it is resolved.

The app is okay to use, only annoyances are you can no longer screenshot transactions, and secondly you cant edit or label a recipient , so if you have two accounts for the same recipient you dont know which is which.
