I worked at the warehouse for a few months. I can see why some people think it’s scam, some leaders are very disorganized but my team was great! I was able to make good money based on the work I was doing.
Blinding white map on dark mode at night
Need I say more? The bright white hurts my eyes, I use dark mode for a reason, especially at night. The rest of the UI is so low contrast that I have a hard time seeing any of it when the map is on the screen. Why so much white on dark mode UI?

Te roban el dinero por cualquier minimo detalle y utilizan excusas “tecnicas” para quitarte la plata que puedan, no trabajen para estos payasos te esclavizan y despues te quitan el dinero/They steal your money through any small detail and they use “technicalities” to steal as much money from you as they can, don’t work for these clowns they’ll just enslave you and take your money

The way the app treats its drivers—with complete disregard for their safety and well-being—is unacceptable. The delivery and GPS services are substandard, and the warehouses handle packages carelessly, causing damage and losses—they literally trample on them. At the distribution center, the lack of oversight and respect shown toward North American customers is alarming.

Worst app
This app is so slow and signs out so often, the fact it even functions is a surprise to me. I’m sure if someone tests the apps for bugs or they had someone who actually delivered help maintain the app, it would work much better.
Arbitrary charges—worked for nothing.
They make excessive and unjustified deductions from our pay—essentially making us work for free. I am currently preparing to file a complaint against this company with the labor authorities.
Shady company
Sends messages to package recipients that delivery was attempted, however, none was attempted. When 1st pkg was actually delivered I watched the driver put the package on the porch, take photos and then leave. So how were there prior delivery attempts if you drop, photograph and leave. Now 2nd pkg, experiencing same BS business practices. Shady, dishonest company!

BEWARE this company is FAKE
This company seems to be a shady outfit through and through! They take zero responsibility for lost packages, and are legally unable to complete a significant number of delivery assignments from major retailers and marketplace reseller platforms because they can’t deliver to P.O.s. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Delivery driver
They are some scammers specially the guy, Dennis that works in the warehouse. They want you to work two weeks before you can get a one week check. I didn’t receive my pay for four weeks trying to get in touch with Dennis. I had to go up there in Troy to demand my money that I work for I use my gas and my time to deliver these packages and no pay.. And he promised me that he will start paying me each day that I deliver the packages I let three days go by and I asked for my money. He said that he will pay me my money in Cash app and he still haven’t I tried calling him. I tried texting him. He keeps throwing me to voicemail and not paying me. I’m gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau and OSHA. Scammers.

This system is terrible, it doesn't consider the needs of delivery drivers at all, it's completely inhumane. Previously, I could use two phones simultaneously, one for navigation and one for taking pictures, but now I can only use one; the second phone can't log in.
Don’t Do It… You Were Warned!!!
They do their best to not pay drivers and they don’t tell drivers about all the nuances that work against the drivers. They get paid from the customers who they are supposed to deliver product to and they get paid off the drivers by penalizing the drivers anyway possible. Plus, you will not be able to delete your personal information or account. You’ll be stuck, trust me!

I ordered from tic tok and never received my package they took a picture of the package in a walk way somewhere in my apartments then took the package.

They stole always
The delivery girl left my package in front of my door, took the photo to confirm the delivery and then took the package back to take it with her, I called the parcel company to claim my package and the person who attended me handled the situation in the most despotic and arrogant way possible, I told him that I needed my package because I had medicine (which I need as a treatment) and he simply said: ok fix it directly where you bought it. I called once again the next day and the person who attended me totally changed the context, he told me that I'm wrong because my package hasn't been delivered yet (when in my e-mail I have the photo that the parcel girl left on the day of the "delivery") and now I don't know what will happen no one was responsible and these thieves continue to do their thing
