How to Debug?
There is an option to adjust log level and even to export log files.
But those logs were password protected zips. We could not find any source to provide us a password for that.
So debugging seems quite impossible…

Issue with Apple Car Play
The app interferes with Apple Car Play. It switches audio to the ST500 app as its running in background. There should be an update to make it friendly with Apple Car Play.
Bug with notifications and ios16
With ios16, if ST 500 is not on the main screen, it doesn’t ring. And the notification doesn’t pop up.
It’s a real problem from a usage point of view. When will it be fixed?

This app is so far behind. For the amount you pay for the system the app is a huge let down as soon as your phone goes to sleep you can’t receive calls trfs to you is just one example. Given that remote working has been a thing for 2 years now it’s annoying that this systems functionality is so poor!!!!

Battery life drain
The app performs well but has major flaws, massive battery drain (70% plus even with light use) also calls on WiFi not handed off well between access points.
