退钱，完全是恶意欺诈

遥控器坏了，打算看看能不用手机软件操作。下载之后点击了免费试用寻思看连不连得上，马上就直接扣费了，我设置的刷脸支付甚至小额免密支付是方便我自己的，不是方便你们这种做诈骗软件的无良商家直接伸手进我口袋拿钱的。真是气死了，大热天的，也不知道死苹果的什么时候能处理退款。越想越气，怎么只能发一条评论，就这种东西还有这么高的下载量，想骂人能做出这种软件是比抢钱来的快啊，苹果客服那边也不咋管得了你们是吧，动不动就是24-48h 处理，怎么不等我死了烧给我，一星都不想给纯零分

This app stole my $10

I had trial subscription. App had enrolled me into lifetime subscription and stole $10 from my app store balance. I complained about non functioning app. Non existent customer service. Developer outright denied my full refund request. Do not buy or install this app.
