Unresponsive app
It appears that after downloading iOS 26.1 the app no longer works with my mobile devices.i.e.iPhone and iPad. Had to log on to the website with my wife’s MacBook to access my account. The card does work at woolies and some online stores but not all. Still wont load into apple wallet. Can’t wait to spend all the money and get rid of it

So difficult
This is the worst user experience I’ve had with an app. The mobile number you register for your account is accepted to sign in and and there is no other option.

Every time I have to change my password then it doesn’t link to the app and I lose a my money.

Can’t login. Can’t use the card. They take ages to answer and then take a fee to sort out you r problem. Why qantas are partnering with you is beyond me.
Worst gift ever
What is the point, can’t activate it, you get gifted something that obviously money was put into, but you can’t access it, scam, like who has the money now?? don’t bother

This is such a difficult gift card to set up and so far I haven’t been able to it. Customer service does not answer and tells you to email them. This was a gift and I am so frustrated and disappointed with the card. Don’t buy this card!

This is the most glitchy and non-user friendly app I have ever had the displeasure of having to load to activate gift cards! Don’t waste your time with this app!

There’s a 15% chance it will work. They keep the other 85% of peoples’ money.

Gifted a card and now I cannot add it to my Apple wallet because it doesn’t recognise my mobile number despite just having used it to make account and there is no other way of retrieving account

I had no issues with this app and I think it’s a brilliant idea, how you can add it to your wallet and get topped up.
Excessive fees
Got unfairly charged a $4.99fee for resending. They had to resend the card as the first time they sent it, I was on holidays using a different SIM.
A lot of unnecessary info has to be provided and the apple wallet transfer does not work.

Privacy violations ahoy
Requires a massive amount of unnecessary personal information to use what the giver has already paid for. A data breach waiting to happen. I would not give these gift cards to anyone.
Great app and super easy!
First time receiving a digital gift card and can’t believe how easy it was to activate and add to my Apple Pay wallet! Love being able to see my transactions too.
Cannot activate
I tried contacting via email, and have not received a response for nearly a month. And there is no one to answer the phone number listed. Poor service

A little tedious to set up (entering details etc) but was straight forward, with no issues.
